Mr. Zhang Huan joined Yuanhe Chencun in 2021. Prior to this, he served as a Partner at Peakview Capital and brought with him 13 years of experience in international investment banking. He held key positions in the investment banking divisions of Swiss Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Barclays in both Beijing and Hong Kong, accumulating extensive expertise in private equity investments, corporate mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and financial products.
Mr. Zhang Huan graduated from the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Management.
