Mr. Wang Jipeng has been jointly involved in the investment management of all the flagship funds managed by Yuanhe Chencun, bringing over 16 years of private equity investment experience. He boasts deep expertise and extensive hands-on knowledge in fund investing, along with a robust network of resources and industry connections. Previously, Mr. Wang served as an Investment Manager at the Fund Investment Department of Sino-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Venture Capital Co., Ltd., as an Investment Manager at Suzhou Industrial Park Ginkgo Investment Management Co., Ltd., and most recently as the Director of Investment for the Guochuang Venture Capital Fund-of-Funds.
Mr. Wang Jipeng holds dual master’s degrees in Economics and Logistics Management from the University of Sydney, Australia, as well as a master’s degree in International Economic Law from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. He is also qualified as a Chinese lawyer.
