Mr. Li Huaijie is jointly involved in the investment and operational management of all the flagship funds managed by Yuanhe Chencun, bringing over 15 years of experience in private equity investing. He is highly proficient in financial management and possesses a keen eye for insight and judgment when it comes to fund investment and operations. Previously, Mr. Li served at Suzhou Venture Capital Group and KPMG, where he supported numerous domestic financial institutions, multinational corporations, and mainland Chinese enterprises by conducting comprehensive financial and commercial due diligence, as well as performing enterprise value analyses, in their financial management and mergers & acquisitions activities.
Mr. Li Huaijie is a Chartered Financial Analyst, holding an EMBA from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Fudan University.
