Ms. Li Huiling joined Yuanhe Chencun in 2017, where she is responsible for the legal affairs related to the fundraising, investment, management, and exit processes of the fund-of-funds. Prior to joining Yuanhe Chencun, Ms. Li Huiling worked at Zhonglun Law Firm in Beijing.
Ms. Li Huiling holds a Master of Laws degree from George Washington University in the U.S., as well as a Bachelor of Laws degree from the China Foreign Affairs University. She is also licensed to practice law in both China and New York State, USA.
