As a mid-to-high-end hotel chain, Atour Group boasts six major accommodation brands under its umbrella: A.T.HOUSE, Atour S Hotel, ZHotel, Atour Hotel, Atour X Hotel, and Light Stay, along with the experiential retail brand Atour Market. Currently, Atour Hotel’s revenue streams primarily include franchise and management fees from managed properties, as well as sales of hotel amenities. Additionally, the group generates income through hotel leasing operations and the sale of experiential retail products.
Driven by multi-scenario growth, Adora's retail business has achieved rapid expansion over the past few years. The company boasts three original lifestyle brands—Adora Planet, SAVHE, and Z2GO & CO.—catering to diverse categories such as sleep products, fragrances & personal care, and travel essentials. As of June 30, 2022, Adora offered a total of 1,967 product-scene retail SKUs, with 62.8% being proprietary offerings. In terms of hotel operations, by the end of September 2022, Adora Group had expanded its portfolio to 880 hotels, offering a combined total of 102,707 guest rooms.
Adora Hotels plans to use the funds raised this time to expand and strengthen its hotel network across China, develop new products and services, enhance membership offerings, and optimize brand effectiveness, among other initiatives.
