Jin Yuling

<p><strong> Jin Yuling </strong><br/> Ms. Jin Yuling joined Yuanhe Chencun in 2012, where she is responsible for post-investment management and fund exits of the flagship fund, as well as supporting activities related to fund investments and fundraising. With 10 years of experience in managing and operating flagship funds, she has a deep understanding of fund-related financial and tax policies, particularly in areas such as structuring investment frameworks and designing exit strategies for funds. <br/><p> Ms. Jin Yuling holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Yangzhou University. <br/></p></p>

Laya Rong

<p><strong> Laya Rong </strong><br/> Ms. Laya Rong joined Yuanhe Chenkun in 2021, where she is responsible for investor relations. Previously, Ms. Laya Rong served as the General Manager of Noah Wealth’s branch office and as a Fundraising Partner at Gaofei Asset, as well as the General Manager of the Xinhua Life Insurance division. With over 18 years of experience in the financial industry and three years of entrepreneurial experience, she has cultivated an extensive network and amassed valuable resources in the field of fund-raising. <br/><p> Ms. Laya Rong holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wuhan in Spain, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Tianjin University of Commerce. <br/></p></p>

Zhang Chengye

Xu Zhenyu

<p><strong> Xu Zhenyu </strong><br/> Mr. Xu Zhenyu joined Yuanhe Chencun in 2018, where he focuses on fund-of-funds and project investments. He brings nearly 10 years of experience in private equity investment and financial management. <br/> Mr. Xu Zhenyu previously worked at a cross-border investment fund, where he led and contributed to several project investments as well as post-investment exit strategies. Prior to that, he held positions at a publicly listed company and Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu. <br/> Mr. Xu Zhenyu is a Chartered Financial Analyst and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Erasmus University. <br/></p>

Li Yin

Prior to this role, Mr. Li served as a lecturer at the School of Humanities at Shanghai Jiao Tong University and as a teaching assistant in the Department of Linguistics at the University of Washington in the U.S. <br/> Mr. Li Yin holds a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Washington and a Master's degree in Linguistics from Nanjing University. <br/></p>
