<p><strong> Zhang Zhanwei </strong><br/> Mr. Zhang Zhanwei joined the team in 2012, focusing on fund-of-funds investment and management. To date, he has nearly 10 years of experience in managing such investments. Prior to this, Mr. Zhang worked at Ernst & Young Accounting Firm and later at the Financial Management Department of Yuanhe Holding Group, where he gained extensive hands-on experience in both front-office fund investments and back-office operations. He also boasts robust expertise in financial auditing, along with a deep understanding of the private equity investment industry. <br/><p> Mr. Zhang Zhanwei holds a Master's degree in International Finance from Suzhou University and a Bachelor's degree in Securities Management from Liaoning University. <br/></p></p>

Prior to this role, Mr. Li served as the General Manager of the Investment Department at Suzhou Venture Capital Group, Managing Director at Israel’s Infiniti Investment Group, and Chairman and CEO of Suzhou Huayi Security Technology Co., Ltd. He brings over 15 years of experience in early-stage venture investing, cross-border transactions, and intellectual property acquisition, along with a decade of expertise in corporate operations and management. <br/> Mr. Li Wei holds an MBA from Kennesaw State University in the U.S. and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Shanghai Maritime University. <br/></p>
