Yimeng Angke Biopharmaceutical Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. was established in China in June 2015 as a research-driven biotechnology company dedicated to developing innovative cancer immunotherapies, including bispecific antibodies, next-generation recombinant proteins, and CAR-NK cell therapies. The company’s robust R&D pipeline features a comprehensive portfolio leveraging both innate and adaptive immunity, with 14 candidate drugs targeting CD47, CD24, and other emerging immune checkpoints—eight of which have already advanced into clinical stages. Yimeng Angke is also one of the few global biotech companies capable of systematically harnessing both innate and adaptive immune mechanisms.
Yimming AngKo has built a differentiated product portfolio centered around the CD47 target, combining both safety and efficacy. According to Frost & Sullivan data, among the many global companies developing CD47-targeted therapies, Yimming AngKo is one of only two companies that have observed complete remission (CR) in single-agent clinical trials, while also demonstrating excellent tolerability and safety profiles.
Yiming Angke's core product is IMM01, a CD47-targeting molecule, which is also the first SIRPα-Fc fusion protein in China to enter the clinical stage. Currently, IMM01 is being developed as a monotherapy or in combination with other drugs for the treatment of various hematological and solid tumors. Other key products in the pipeline include IMM0306, IMM2902, IMM2520, as well as IMM2510, a bispecific molecule targeting both VEGF and PD-L1; IMM27M, a next-generation CTLA-4 antibody; and IMM40H, a humanized IgG1 CD70 monoclonal antibody engineered for enhanced ADCC activity. These pipeline candidates demonstrate significant clinical potential across a wide range of cancer indications, underscoring the company's deep expertise in cutting-edge tumor biology and immunology—and its proven ability to translate scientific discoveries into promising drug candidates.
With this public listing, Yiming Angke will swiftly advance clinical trials for its existing drug candidates and product portfolio, prepare regulatory filings, and accelerate the commercialization process. The company will also actively explore promising opportunities for combination therapies and continue expanding its product pipeline through independent R&D, all aimed at serving patients worldwide.
