<p><strong> Li Yongfang </strong><br/> Ms. Li Yongfang joined Yuanhe Chenkun in 2013, where she is responsible for human resources management and administrative operations. Prior to this, Ms. Li held positions at CIMC Group’s Public Affairs Department, China Merchants DiChen Group’s Finance Department, and the Jiangsu Branch of the Bank of China’s Finance Department. <br/><p> Ms. Li Yongfang holds an MBA from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, a Bachelor’s degree in English Education from Yangzhou University, and is a certified accountant. <br/></p></p>

<p><strong> Li Huiling </strong><br/> Ms. Li Huiling joined Yuanhe Chencun in 2017, where she is responsible for the legal matters related to the fundraising, investment, management, and exit processes of the fund-of-funds. Prior to joining Yuanhe Chencun, Ms. Li Huiling worked at Zhonglun Law Firm in Beijing. <br/><p> Ms. Li Huiling holds a Master of Laws degree from George Washington University in the U.S., as well as a Bachelor of Laws degree from the China Foreign Affairs University. She is also licensed to practice law in both China and New York State, USA. <br/></p></p>

<p><strong> Mu Yi </strong><br/> Ms. Mu Yi joined Yuanhe Chencun in 2013, where she has been involved in fund asset management as well as related financial and tax activities. Prior to this, Ms. Mu Yi worked at PwC, where she led IPO audit engagements for several publicly listed companies. <br/><p> <br/> Ms. Mu Yi is a Chinese Certified Public Accountant and an ACCA member, holding an MBA from CEIBS, as well as degrees in Applied Accounting Management from Oxford Brookes University in the UK and a Bachelor’s in International Auditing from Nanjing Audit University. <br/></p></p>

With 10 years of experience in managing and operating flagship funds, she has a deep understanding of fund-related financial and tax policies, particularly in areas such as structuring investment frameworks and designing exit strategies for funds. <br/><p> Ms. Jin Yuling holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management from Yangzhou University. <br/></p></p>
