Laya Rong

Previously, Ms. Laya Rong served as the General Manager of Noah Wealth’s branch office and as a Fundraising Partner at Gaofei Asset, as well as the General Manager of the Xinhua Life Insurance division. With over 18 years of experience in the financial industry and three years of entrepreneurial experience, she has cultivated an extensive network and amassed valuable resources in the field of fund-raising. <br/><p> Ms. Laya Rong holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Wuhan in Spain, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Tianjin University of Commerce. <br/></p></p>

Xu Qing

<p><strong> Xu Qing </strong><br/> Ms. Xu Qing leads the Yuanhe Chencun team, overseeing all aspects of the establishment, investment, management, and exit strategies for four flagship funds. With nearly 20 years of experience in investment management at a leading venture capital firm, she has deep expertise in China’s venture capital market and fund-investment operations. Prior to this role, Ms. Xu served as General Manager of the Management Department and Fund Investment Department at Sino-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Venture Capital Co., Ltd., Deputy General Manager at Suzhou Industrial Park Ginkgo Investment Management Co., Ltd., and General Manager of the Guochuang Venture Capital Fund-of-Funds. <br/> Ms. Xu Qing holds a Master's degree in Management from Xi'an Jiaotong University and a Bachelor's degree in Law from Fudan University. </p>

Li Huaijie

<p><strong> Li Huaijie </strong><br/> Mr. Li Huaijie is jointly involved in the investment and operational management of all the flagship funds managed by Yuanhe Chencun, bringing over 15 years of experience in private equity investments. He is highly proficient in financial management and possesses sharp insights and strong judgment in both fund investment and operations. Previously, Mr. Li served at Suzhou Venture Capital Group and KPMG, where he supported numerous domestic financial institutions, multinational corporations, and mainland Chinese enterprises by conducting comprehensive financial and business due diligence—as well as corporate value analyses—during their financial management, mergers, and acquisitions activities. <br/> Mr. Li Huaijie is a Chartered Financial Analyst, holding an EMBA from Tsinghua University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Fudan University. </p>

Wang Jipeng

He boasts deep expertise and extensive hands-on knowledge in fund investing, along with a robust network of resources and industry connections. Previously, Mr. Wang served as an Investment Manager at the Fund Investment Department of Sino-Singapore Suzhou Industrial Park Venture Capital Co., Ltd., as an Investment Manager at Suzhou Industrial Park Ginkgo Investment Management Co., Ltd., and most recently as the Director of Investment for the Guochuang Venture Capital Fund-of-Funds. <br/> Mr. Wang Jipeng holds dual master’s degrees in Economics and Logistics Management from the University of Sydney in Australia, as well as a master’s degree in International Economic Law from Shanghai University of International Business and Economics. He is also qualified as a Chinese lawyer. </p>

Prior to that, he served as a Partner at Peakview Capital and brought with him 13 years of experience in international investment banking. He held key positions in the investment banking divisions of Swiss Bank, Royal Bank of Scotland, and Barclays in both Beijing and Hong Kong, accumulating extensive expertise in private equity investments, corporate mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and financial products. <br/> Mr. Zhang Huan graduated from the School of Economics and Management at Tsinghua University, holding a Bachelor’s degree in Management. <br/></p>
